The worse experience ever. Am old time client. Called and the operator told me to contact my post office but my post office is 10 miles plus for me and not on my route Monday since I am a mobile fog groomer and your operator td me I was abusing . Very weird asked for the supervisor but that person already left. So bottom line not received my order and ypur organization does not want to help.

Love their products and fast shipping

I found the spray nozzle I've been looking for at a reasonable price and I'm very happy with it! The Master Equipment 6-1 spray hose is the best I've ever used. Also picked up another blade just to make the free shipping.

Dog mannequins arrived quickly and they work well for my needs. Only complaint is that they need more weight in the feet to stand sturdily.

The employees are very nice, however, shipping takes a very long time and they did away with many of my favorite products.
