I ordered a new tub and the shipping and customer service was amazing .but I'm having one issue after the other with it .. need help asap

When I ordered the order form said I would receive 2 mini clippers, When my order came they were not in the order. I called to see where they were and was told they were not part of the promotion although at the time it was clearly stated they were. The add was changed and so was my order form!

Website needs to be user friendly I couldn't change credit card info had to call in the order because book did not list everything I needed will probably use revival animal to order on line because even after I left a message I had no reply

I bought the mega ruff pet beds for my dogs. They loved them and they don't chew them. There are no fuzzy stuff on the floor or the crates from these beds. They wash and dry easily. I just wish they would go on sale. I would buy a million of them
