Company needs to go back to square…
Company needs to go back to square roots.. when it was run like New England serum it targeted the true professional groomer. Which let's face it that's who uses a company like this. Owner not uptown suggestions customer for 31 years and the business I do with this company is limited. It's a shame

long time to receive order
Products ordered were correct but it took almost two weeks to reach my practice. Three day shipping was 32.00 which I thought was a bit high. I do like what I ordered but I would have ordered things much earlier if I had known it would take so long to get to me in Tennessee.

I love the prices and the products. I just wish the delivery could be a bit faster. But other than that I love it.
