I have been ordering products from PetEdge for 11 years and have never had a problem with their products, nor their customer service. I wish it was cheaper to buy their products and ship them to Canada but otherwise, no problems yet.

I bought two snake chains at a value of approximately $30 US with UPS shipping of approximately $40 US. Item shipped on March 28th and I received the first notice from UPS on the 8th of April with an additional brokerage charge of over $40 CDN. These were very expensive show collars because of the shipping and the brokerage fees applied. If you are shipping to Canada, please be aware of the fees. Simply ridiculous!! I won't be shopping cross border again. I only did it this time as shipping from Canadian suppliers was a longer wait. However, shipping took longer than expected using UPS and I did not receive the items on time regardless.
