Product is good
Product is good, but they have downsized the inventory. Shipping to me in New York takes longer than I expect.

I have called twice to try to return a…
I have called twice to try to return a product that was not performing properly. I was told "no problem" and that a return prepaid address label would be E-mailed to me via UPS. No label, checked spam & junk. They keep telling me it was sent, I keep telling them they need to resend because I didn't get it! Very frustrating!

The shears are ok but they came very dull and bending hair. Hopefully after I get them sharpened they will work better

wide selection of items to choose from
i use pet edge from abroad. i’m impressed about the wide selection of commodity and is able to ship abroad. however, the int’l shipping could be cheaper. but, i still give 5 stars!!
