If you run into any issues, you can always call us at 1-800-738-3343 and one of our specialists will be happy to assist you. We are open Mon-Fri from 8am-6pm Central Time. As of now i see that the AN Pro AG 2-Spd Clipper with10 Blade have been shipped out and should be arriving to you Tomorrow Wednesday Oct 8th by the end of the day. Please call our call center to provide you with tracking information. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
