When I call to place an order, i am always greeted with a nice representative and I never worry about asking any dumb questions. We have had some issues with people collecting the boxes of dog food in front of my home, but they are kind enough to work on this problem. It's getting better and I appreciate PetFlow's assistance

My dogs love your pizzle sticks but often you are out of them and they are on back order. When that happens, I shouldn’t have to find them in another size and quickly order them. I should be offered the option of ordering another size to fill in.

Your web site looks good but I have tried 3 different credit cards and none work. They are all good nothing owed on them but you declined my cards every time. So I’ve decided it’s not worth the effort.
