Wonderful customer service, prompt delivery

The website showed my dog’s prescription diet dog food in stock while it was out everywhere else so I bought it… only to find out that it will not ship in 1-3 days because it ‘may be out of stock’. I ended up finding a larger size somewhere else and when I tried to cancel this order I was told that I can’t, but instead have to wait for the warehouse to cancel it if it doesn’t become available in the next two weeks.

They overcharge sales tax even when you bring it to their attention that they are not charging you based on delivery to your address and not charging you the same rate as every other online business. So I ended up paying nearly double the sales tax because they were too lazy to figure my sales tax based on my address, not just the zip code. I wonder where that extra goes ??? Plus, their service is just slow compared to similar type business as far as actually getting the product shipped.

Website stated they had the specific allergen food in stock, when no one else did. I waited for days then received an email they were actually out of it and never charged me. Which caused me to have to drive 45 minutes to find a dermatologist office who had some. Annoying- keep things up to date.

My pet products (puppy food) arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition. Sometimes faster than I expect, which is always nice. PetFlow keeps me informed of my upcoming shipments and the pricing is good too. I have signed up for Auto ship and I get a chance to change or add, easy to do. Thank you.

Your website offered a very specific dry cat food. I went through the entire process of having my vet get the prescription to you through several calls. Once we got that all straightened out, it turns out the food isn't in stock after all. Your website should be updated as it is still showing as available.
