Pet Flow continues to give good service and value. The staff was very patient when I had a problem with my payment method due to a fraud attempt on my credit card. A postal delivery glitch delayed my new card. All is good now and I appreciated Pet Flow holding my order for me. Thanks a bunch.

I am concerned about purchases made on a subscription basis. There is the tendency for the cost of the item(s) on a second, third renewal to increase without notice and the customer is caught holding the bag after the fact and learning of the increase on the invoice.

All communications received prompt responses. When a shipment arrived with some damage, they immediately offered to replace the product or credit my account. I opted for the credit because PetFlow has demonstrated that they deserve my continued patronage.

While I like dealing with PetFlow for my dogs regular food, trying to order a Veterinary prescribed food was a nightmare. I will never attempt to do it again. There was a lot of time wasted, the pharmacy they are using is a nightmare to deal with and made false statements to me in an email. I ended up going a different route as a result.
