Wait 8 days for an order and had to contact petflow, only to be told it was cancelled. They didn't even both to tell us. You lost a customer.

You always have my dogs treats in stock and since this is the only kind he can have that is a plus in my book

On placing my order, it was specified that previous vendors, using Fed Ex for deliveries, to specify the delilvery to be made to my side door on driveway. All such orders were delivered to my FRONT DOOR, which has a sign posted, for all deliveries to the above side door. Being 91 years of age, it is very difficult to move these cartons from the front door, through my home, and down into the basement. Pet Flow's delivery was make to my FRONT DOOR!!

I like the competitive pricing on pet food. I feed outdoor Cats so I go through a LOT of food. Low prices will keep me as a loyal customer. Also appreciate free shipping and the e-mails notifying me if an order is delayed. So far, I think PetFlow is great!!

I ordered on Sept 9 RX Royal Canin feline Renal Per the packing slip it was packed on 9/14 RX approval is NOT the reason this was held up I called on the 15th because it said awaiting scan by Fed Ex CS said ‘ok I released it’ Did I have to call for that? Took almost 2 weeks to receive I did not receive till 9/22 I only ordered it from PF because, due to RC dreadful supply issues, it was only place I could find it Very disappointed it took so long to receive
