I’m not even bothering contacting customer service on this latest order. I ordered two 50lbs bags of finch mix and got two 50lbs bags of cockatiel mix. Seems that they are too big and have no quality assurance anymore to make sure they are sending out the right product to their customers.

Shipping speed was slow. I needed new special diet cat food ASAP for a sick cat. It took 9 days from order to receiving the product. I ran out of the vet samples and had to order from another company that got it to me in 2 days. The package and several cans of cat food were damaged.

Web presence is easy and efficient. Delivery of pros outstanding. Price is a little higher than we can purchase other places but we enjoy the convenience.

The items I got were great and shipped promptly, but 3 of my items were communicated as out of stock even though still showing available on the website. Available should really be updated as I would have ordered other toys instead.
