My purchase (Fromm Dry Cat Food) took quite a big longer than usual from you. I was disappointed because I really needed the food. This has not ever happened, maybe where it was coming from? In any event all of my other orders have come in a shorter time. That's about it. I do love your site and I don't think I have even had a problem. : )

Fast shipment. The only complaint I have is with the checkout process as I found it very difficult to delete an item or change quantities.

So I had a great experience the first order. This second order is the reason I won't order from them again. After I placed my order they told me it was on back order, I immediately contacted them via email and it took a week or more for them to send me a message stating they were too busy to respond. It's been 2 weeks now and I have no dog food or refund and no response. I'll never order from them again.

My first time on your website I had issues I called for help and the person was very rude. Then my order came in and it was cat litter! I don’t have a cat! I was shipped 2 40 bags of cat litter. It took another week to get my dog food. I will be looking to another delivery service .
