You are my go to…. But many Solid Gold items and size not in stock. Placed order to 3 days later told item not in stock, but your web site says its is…. Did email to you …. Said ‘difficulty keeping web site current.’ Huh? Disapointed

Prices were good, but order arrived later than promised. Had to order more from another retailer.

I had ordered a medication for my pet, then was called by them to say my vet required a visit before issuing the prescription. So I went to another pet retailer to save money. About a week later I receive an email from pet flow saying the prescription is on its way. When I called to say I didn’t need it their attitude was too bad we sent it, no refunds no returns. Over a hundred dollar prescription. Really the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Will never use them again.

The box was destroyed during shipping and a bag of dog food was ripped which caused a loss of product. PetFlow sent out a replacement immediately. Great client centric service!!!

Cases of wet cat food received with several cans smashed. I’m afraid to use the cans that are smashed in the seam area.
