Great prices fast shipping

Didn't notify me that the product was out of stock, instead said that my prescription had been rejected which was verifiably false. Will be getting our food elsewhere from now on.

They were quick to ship the dog food we needed. I am astounded at how much more my dog food went up in price. I called Pet Flow and really did not get a satisfactory answer. I believe that the price of the bag went up from $43 to $56. Despite their answer that the cost of ingredients went up, I think this increase is way over the top and I as a long time customer feel cheated.

My order was handled in a very professional and efficient manner, and it arrived very quickly.

The little top opening was very weak and broke, could not use either enclosure, returned for a refund

Delivery took over a week longer than I was told when I ordered. My dog ran out of food and I had to get the food from elsewhere and now I have an extra bag from you. Disappointed. Won’t be ordering from you again.
