This is the second time I've ordered with shipping delays. Payment processing is also very slow. I didn't know my gift card wasn't accepted until 3 days after placing my order forcing me to scramble around town to find the exact food I needed for my dog.

I placed my order, you charged my bank account. 1 week later you say it is out of stock. The website stills says you have it in stock.
