Petflow provides great products at a decent price in an expeditious manner. What more could one ask?

Your method for handling credit cards that will not work inconvenienced me more than the convenience of ordering online. To make it worse your customer support argued with me over the matter. Hope your approach works without me as a customer because I'm not one any longer and when asked, I'll explain to others why its easier to drive 3 miles to a local store that still provides customer service.

Happy about the fast shipping, shipping updates, and secure packing. My cats are happy too.

No support to get the dog food I needed. I spent too much time on your website to get the food ordered and then it did not work. You all have my vet if that was the problem you could have asked ,it was not my first order with Petflow

Incredibly complicated to deal with you…I spent hours on the phone…and our Vet STILL had to call you directly…I REALLY wish we didn’t need to get Hill’s 40-D Dry Food through you!

They may not always have my choice of pet food in stock, but they are always very responsive via customer service, deliver on time, and offer competitive prices.
