PetFlow had Iams Large Breed dog food in stock and shipped out the day after I ordered. It arrived on the 3rd as expected at the best price I could find. I'm now set up for deliveries every 6 weeks.

I have not been able to confirm for the second time if a product is shipping. I have called customer service and keep being told it doesn’t ship from your warehouse so they can’t update me. If pet flow is selling the product then it’s your responsibility to know if it’s in stock.

You charged me for prescription cat food and for non prescription cat food, but only delivered the non-prescription cat food.
