Fast shipping and great prices

My last order was supposed to be 100 canine caviar buffalo toothpick dog treats - I was sent one in a box, so I was 99 short. Not the first time that has happened either. The most frustrating part about this time was that when I called customer service they said they were going to send me a box out immediately and I then got an email notification saying they had run out so I would be given a refund. The first time this happened I chalked it up as a processing mistake, second time plus other shipping issues I’ve had made me realize there are definitely some order processing problems at the warehouses? It’s very frustrating because I like the prices in the speed in which orders are handled, but seems to be a lot of mistakes made with orders that shouldn’t happen. I doubt there are a lot of people that would pay $90 for one buffalo toothpick treat, but you would think that might catch someone’s eye when they’re filling the order? On the positive side, every time I call customer service they are excellent to deal with.

I never received my order. Told my credit card was not valid. IT WAS A GOOD CREDIT CARD. There was nothing I could do to correct any info. So as a result, I will not be using your website. Sorry, I like convenience of shopping on line.
