PetflowReviews of petflow.com

Thank you for carrying Millie’s “hard to find” dog food! Seeing your business (on the manufacturers website) as a recommended source to purchase their products, I was confident making a purchase. Not two-day delivery, so don’t wait until the last minute to order.

Great customer service. Prescription food is always in stock!

I was so excited to get 20% off of my first auto-ship order of $215. After waiting longer than I should of, I received an email from PetFlow. It stated my order was cancelled and credit card refunded. The items were out of stock. They were not the evening I ordered them, GRRR. The next day the Royal Canin HP Prescription I needed, was back in stock. I sadly went back to Chewy.com

I discovered Petflow when my cats prescription food was out of stock everywhere. Great and quick service! Will be switching over for future orders.

Very good communication food shipped and delivered very efficiently.

You were out of the dog food that I wanted so I asked to be notified when it was available. I got an email stating that the product I wanted was now available so I submitted an order. The food I ordered was prescription so my vet had to be contacted for verification of prescription. They, no fault of yours, answered incorrectly that I did not have a prescription so I had to cancel 1st order and reorder. Took several phone calls to my vet and to your company to get this error corrected. Only to be notified a few days later that the product I ordered was in fact not in stock as previously stated. Very disappointing!

I ordered a bag of dry dog food. After waiting for over 2 weeks and making multiple phone calls, I was told that the product was never actually available in the first place. I just wish I had been told this from day one. I could have been looking for it somewhere else and my dog who is sick and needed it, would have been able to start her food elimination trial sooner.

Wonderful Business to get my pet needs.
