Website is clunky and difficult to deal with on the phone. Also wants to automatically sign up dor things. Not a very good design and makes me want to go elsewhere.

Great service great treats

I am satisfied with the service however one of the products I ordered was a 15' cotton lead and my dog chewed through it in less than 5 minutes.

I placed my first order with petflow. The delivery was only delayed 1 day and I was notified of it. I am very happy and look forward to using their autoship.

Service is bad. Our vet responded to request and it took days to ship after that. Customer service couldn’t give me a straight answer the two times I called. Won’t order from this company again.

Order was processed quickly, shipping was on time. Problem was that about 1/4 of the cans had dents. If I was buying off the shelf I would not pick cans with dents, packers should not be shipping them.

I have been ordering from Pet Flow for @ 10 years. Ihis order was a fiasco. They took 2 days to SAY my order was shipped and no shipping details. Four days later I called and the lady said it was not shipped but she would have it sent that night. Another day later of crickets on the shipping details I called againand found out it was not shipped but was told it would ship that day. It finally did.
