Overall an easy, pleasant experience. This was a great resource to find veterinarian recommended items that I couldn't find locally. Easy checkout and quick delivery. The only drawback is that one item was somewhat crushed and torn. Everything else was fine, so I would order those items again from this company.

Quick, efficient, well-priced product shipped to us free and in a timely manner. Reliable service that we appreciate in these times of shipping delays by some of the larger pet supplies vendors.

If I could I would give them zero stars! I ordered Hills Prescription I/D diet chicken and vegetable stew for my dog. It was in stock when I ordered it, after several phones calls, and a week later , PetFlow sends me an email it’s out of stock. Can you tell me how it can be available on your website, but then cancel my order a week later?Horrible customer service, horrible company.

My product was listed as in stock, but after 7 days I still didn’t have any update on whether or not my items were on the way or when they might arrive. Since it was my dogs food, I had to cancel the order and find the food somewhere else. Ans it’s been a week and I’m still awaiting my refund. Overall, not a great experience.
