The website said they had my dogs prescription dog food in stock. Let me order it and charged me. I also ordered a dog toy. The order shipped and I only got the toy. I called the petflow to see where my food was. They told me the were out of stock. Didn't offer a refund I had to ask for it.

Pet Flow is Awsome. Always ships quickly. Last order the dog food bag was damaged during transit,I called customer service and they shipped a new bag out the same day. Great products, great service and AWSOME Team members!

I placed my first order with PetFlow a few weeks ago. My dog food arrived a day early. Nice surprise. since I am new to PetFlow, I really don't have a lot to say. I am glad this company was recommended to me and the prices are a couple of dollars cheaper than other companies.
