I’m new to ordering our cat food online and I was happy to find out you carried the type we needed. The initial order was easy and delivered, but we’ll see how reordering goes. I think it’ll go well, we’ll see. 😊

I love PetFlow! The service is awesome ~ delivery is immediate! They have quality foods. We have an eight month old Newfypoo ~ she has been on NutriSource Large Breed Puppy food since she was weaned, and she is so healthy! We appreciate and thank you, PetFlow!

Your prices are the best I've found. You have such a variety of foods to choose from that I have recommended your website to others. I like the variety of treats and other essentials that I need for my pet. Delivery of products may not be two days but it's up to the owner to plan ahead. Thank you for letting my pets needs!

PetFlow is the only place that carries the food my allergic hound dog needs. I have become a convert! Thank you PetFlow.

It has been 2 weeks and still no email even after I called customer service and they said they would send me an email about why my order was late. IF I receive it will be shipping it back because I ordered another one just like it on Amazon.

Pet Flow delivers promptly on schedule. Talked with an actual person to decide which food to order for my dog. I have no complaints

I'm a first time buyer and previously bought from chewy. So far, I have to say chewy delivers much faster. My order shipped on the ninth and still haven't received product. It's now the 17th. Disappointed

Even though I had a confirmation and order number, my order cannot be located and now the food is out of stock. When speaking customer service, was basically advised too bad.
