Love the ease of ordering. I have a subscription for the items we use a lot. It’s really easy to postpone items if I have stuff leftover. Great customer service when needed.

We needed prescription dog food. I reached out and stated I can take a clear photo of the prescription card I use in stores and was given an email. I sent the photo and my request was still denied because they wanted to speak with the vet. I stated my request was urgent as none of the other pet stores or online vendors had this food. My request fell on deaf ears. So very disappointed with this experience.

When there is a sale, it is a great time to stock up. I was not thrilled with the packaging. The box was not sturdy enough and had come open by the time I received. The case of food had come apart. Customer experience was not great

I am so glad that Petflow has Taste of the Wild cat food that my cats need. I have one cat that is allergic to chicken and it is difficult to find moist cat food that does not have chicken or chicken by-products in it. It has been a challenge to find a company that has this cat food.

My parakeet loves the new toys that I ordered for him on PetFlow! I appreciate how easy it was to navigate the website, plus the great prices and the fast shipping. I will be making many more purchases on PetFlow in the future.
