First time I ordered from you. Package was delivered within the week. So far I am happy.

I ordered the RX Hills Cat Food on Thursday, July 22nd and it was cancelled by someone at Petflow - unsure why or whom - even after I called Petflow to make an inquiry. No notification by email. Only until I went online did I know it was cancelled and that was 4 days after the initial order. I spoke with a rep at Petflow who put the order through again and therefore expected to have the food in two days or by Friday, July 30th. It is Monday evening, August 2nd and we still do not have the RX Cat Food. Delivery is expected on August 3rd, almost two weeks after placing the order via UPS Ground. Ordered this RX Cat Food previously from Chewy.com and rec'd two days later. I am sure you can surmise who I will be placing my next order with again when I need RX Cat Food. Not a very good first time experience with Petflow.com. The representatives I spoke with at Petflow were friendly and helpful, however, the execution and delivery I consider subpar.

First time buyer. Needed a food that helped my dog with digestive issue. So far it’s working. He’s only a year but, he can’t eat a lot of things. This seems to be working. And I have tried a few different dog food. This seems to be the best.
