I was able to find my dogs food on pet flow when everyone else was out. Fast delivery too. I will be buying my pets food from pet flow from now on.

The top isn't translucent, and my cat couldn't get through the door, which fell off anyway.

We received a shipment of canned dog food that was damaged. I contacted customer service via text to let them know about the damage. The customer service representative was so nice and helpful. They promptly sent out replacements for the damaged cans!!!😊

I was so excited to find the last of a discontinued special canned dogfood that one of my dogs requires. My excitement turned to dismay when it arrived. They put eight 12 can cases in a single cardboard box with no double boxing, protection or even warnings that it was fragile or heavy. The box arrived crushed and all of the cases on the edges and middle were dented, exploded and leaking dog food juice. Disgusting! And wasteful! I had to clean every can because the now rotting dogfood juice was on all of the cans, almost half were severely dented and nearly a full case was exploded. It took nearly an hour to clean them all up. Unfavorably impressed.
