Well I am overall pleased with Petflow but they do have areas of improvements and this is the main reason for the 3 star rating. The shipping time is a bit longer than expected. Would I recommend them yes they have great value and variety. Plus top quality products.

The service is usually good, and the product I buy is great, but although I have not changed my name on my profile or altered any of my information in any way, a single shipment to my sister-in-law's address now has all email messages showing her name. The system is obviously flawed if a single shipment causes a company to be incapable of accurately addressing their customer...

I just started using Petflow and had a great experience. They have a wide variety of pet supplies, competitive prices and a convenient auto-ship feature that offers additional savings.
