Requested that food and toys be sent to a puppy I rescued out of state. I received an email asking for confirmation because I requested the items be sent to a different address. I called and confirmed that I did place the order. It took 2 weeks for the delivery to arrive which is crazy!

Love Pet Flow. They kept me in the loop about my back ordered items and shipped them as soon as they got them back in stock. I am so happy I can shop with them and the are honest, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

My big guy was not to crazy about his new food, I mixed it with his other food now he will eat it. also it gave him the runs. Oh well not every dog is the same.

Placed order and went through. Then I received a voicemail saying that they needed my credit card info again. I reached out on 2 or 3 occasions via text to try to resolve the issue. Last text said that I’d be receiving a call which I never did. Wasted about a week getting what I needed, ultimately from a different company. in case anyone actually reads this and the company wants to make it up to me I’m sure they have my info on file otherwise I won’t be wasting my time trying to order from petflow again

Great service, my only complaint is that I've received a couple boxes now where the bag of dog food has been sliced open in a spot and food has spilled out some. Not a lot lost, but annoying. Probably the shipping company and not PetFlow. Otherwise, very good company.
