Petflow has all necessary supplies and lots of specialty food and items that the other major pet food place doesn’t have. Their shipping is super fast, 2 days! Their customer service is flawless and they always answer their phone. Love this company!!!

I ordered a 15# bag of dry dog food and a 12 can case of wet dog food. They shipped in one box that seemed a bit oversized and several cans of the wet food sustained minor damage even though the case was wrapped in heavy plastic. The cardboard box was just too thin to protect the contents.

Transaction went smoothly but getting it shipped out took longer than expected. We can get food from most other places in two days, so more than that seems excessive and inconvenient. Otherwise, no complaints.

I’m happy with the website, and the deals that PetFlow has to offer. I would have given a 5 star, but the shipping has now taken over 10 days and we still don’t have our product. With most companies, autoship is to my house within 2-3 days. I would not be able to order from this website if I needed something last minute, which is unfortunate.

Totally satisfied with products ordered. Received quickly without any issues. Prices are lower than other companies I've done business with. Thankyou
