Never wanted your product. Had a prepaid chip from the vet and while registering my chip, I was misdirected to your site.

The registration of the microchip was easy at PetKey. There was some integration with Home Again and I got an email from Home Again to log in and complete my profile. It was unclear that the registration at PetKey did not include Home Again and that you have to sign up separately for an account there. Otherwise everything went well as far as I know. I guess I won't know for sure unless I have to use the service for a lost pet which I hope I don't.
