I bought a puppy that the breeder had puppy implanted with this device. What I dont get is why there had to be a purchase for the new owner for a service I may never need. And the continuance of pressuring to purchase more. I've had dogs cats horses birds and other animals. They are like kids you need to jeep watch and make sure your yard is secure at all times. And have not had any problems with my pets getting out or lost.

I highly recommend this agency. When you call you actually speak to someone right away. Very helpful as well !!

I changed the name of my dog but didn’t know how to edit the information so I called Petkey and the nice lady that answered was able to change it for me.

The only think I think you could add is a way to add more than one picture so people have the option of adding a face and body picture to get a more accurate look at the dog.

Easy to navigate and inexpensive! I can rest easy knowing petkey will be there if my baby ever goes missing
