It’s a relief to have this in case my beautiful pup six out the door at least I have a better chance of getting her back. I would be devastated if I lost her. This gives me a wonderful sense of security. Thank you!

I just purchased Petkey for my Beagle Bella. The process was seamless, everything was taken care of the same day. I was worried if Bella ever got out of our fenced in yard. she would be long gone, as once the beagle nose kicks in she has a one track mind to find out what all the smells are. I will still worry, but now with the Petkey I know that I have a very good chance she would be found and returned home.

The process to register my puppy’s petchip was super easy, the website was straightforward and with a one-time payment he’s registered for life. I definitely would recommend this brand - my vet trusts it too!

I had to choose the wrong options to get through to someone. After 5 tries I finally got whatever sales person. You don't support existing customers only care about sales it seems based on your phone IVR and no answer on the lines for the appropriate answer

We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty getting to a person on our phones We are staffed 24x7 for sales and for service calls. We spent most of our time reuniting pets and owners and we absolutely care about our existing customers. We are very happy to have you as a member of the Petkey family!

I'm giving 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received through PetKey. I received a product that was broken, wrote in to request a refund, and received an almost immediate response and full refund. I was very impressed and will continue being a customer of PetKey.
