Super user friendly web site and love the ID cards with my pets information on it. I also bought micro chips for my other dogs and saved a lot of money. The vets charge 40.00 per micro chip and I bought 10 for 36.00.

I gave them a five stars in which I should given them less because of the fact that I paid for an entire life time and I have no certificate or any papers stating so.

Everything went well except my dog ate that cheap plastic tag the vet gave me for her ID. Here is a list of what she won't chew= lol

I was a little confused when my vet “registered” my pet. The vet only charged me for the chipping, but called it register on my bill. I wasn’t clear that I needed to finish the process with PetKey and so when I looked into it nearly a YEAR late, I was alarmed that my pet wasn’t protected. I had started a partial REAL Registration On the website at this point but didn’t finish it because I wasn’t sure where it stood with my vet. I called my vet to find out I needed to do more to finish the registration and before I was able to do it a day later I got a call from PetKey asking if I needed help. I thought that was TERRIFIC service from PetKey and they helped me complete the process.
