Great service

I ordered a Lifetime Registration and tag for my recently adopted small terrier mix canine companion. I promptly received the tag in the mail displaying his name and ID#, I turned it over to discover that the phone number to contact me in the event he got lost was the incorrect number. Since this was previously my husband's cell phone number that I also had used at times, I believe the computer may have filled in parts of the form for me. I must have failed to review it for accuracy before submitting it. PetKey was completely understanding and just as quickly sent the replacement with the correct phone number. In a time of great stress in my life, it was a great relief to have my mistake resolved so simply and efficiently with the very best of customer service. Thank you PetKey.

The day we brought home our rescue dog, I changed the owner information on the chip. Later that day, he ran away with no collar. Two days later, someone took him to the shelter to scanned and we were able to get him back. So thankful for PetKey.
