First time user and experience had nothing to complain about. My transaction went smoothly except that my delivery came in 2 parts instead of 1 but i did not consider that a problem.

I had phoned to give information on a Rescue pet, so this was a renewal of chip information. Although I had filled it out on a paper copy, I was not asked about a name change. Subsequently, when the new tag and card arrived the name was incorrect. I emailed the correct name and in the return mail, I had the tag and card. It was prompt with no hassle! A rarity these days!

I’m giving 5 stars strictly for ease of set up, from implantation to ease of set up online. Thankfully I have not lost a pet so I cannot speak to how effectively it works. Hopefully I’ll never have to find out, but if I do, I feel secure knowing that I have Petkey.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I could only do one of my dogs on line. I had to call to get my other dog renewed. They only accept one dog per e-mail on line, may people have more than one dog! Though I will say when I called the women I spoke with was very pleasant and had my other dog renewed quickly!!!

EASY TO DO Only took s few minutes. Glad I did it.

Feel safer knowing our pup can be reunited with is if lost.
