Friendly, knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

I never received my original order, which was frustrating, but when I called the customer service rep (a guy, didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful. He told me another rep from shipping would contact me the next day and she did. Her name was Blair and she handled everything immediately. I got my package in a few days and it was perfect. You guys turned a one star experience into a 4 star, just by your customer service. Thanks!!

The renewal was quick and easy. However their confirmation service needs some work. I was receiving expectation notices 3weejs after they took their payment from my account. I have not had to use their service yet. However it gives me peace of mind. Should the need arises since we RV 6 months out of the year.
