Cannot give high review, leach and harness was sent to wrong person, was sent another only received harness which is way to big for my dog. Still have not received replacement or leach or I'd tag. Not very pleased with your service. Thinking about asking for refund.

Customer service representative was informative and helpful. I ordered the dog I.D tag and it arrived quickly.

It's neat to have all the information on a cool tag to keep attached on the dog collar.

It was easy to use the website, and I am glad to be able to keep my dogs info updated so easily. I like the card I can print out to carry with me when we go on trips.

I informed the person I spoke with that the name of my dog was changed to Piper Joy after I got her from the pet store but the tag came in with just the name Joy on it. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.
