We apologize but tracking on your original shipment does show that it was delivered to your Mailbox on 11/21/18 so we wouldn't have known otherwise. We have issued another one though since you called in to let us know. You should be seeing that one very soon.

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the service you received. We take our customer service very seriously since it directly relates to getting pets home as quickly as possible so we have reviewed the call. Our representative was very patient with you while trying to help you understand how a microchip works so it can best protect your pet in the event of an emergency. I understand that you did not want to provide your phone number for our records and I can relate to how bothersome telemarketing calls can be but we definitely do not ever provide pet owner details to anyone except in the case we need to contact you to give you your pet's location. We will do our best to reach you by other methods if your pet is ever recovered. We hope you have a happy holiday and enjoy peace of mind knowing you have protected your pet with a microchip and lifetime registration..
