It was easy to set up with a very reasonable price.

Unhappy with PetKey. I asked for help when my pet's name was not correct on the key. They replied that they would correct the error and send me a new one, but they didn't. Really unfair? Made a bad impression.

First off!! I like the personnel, they are always there- answer all my stupid questions and help any way they can. Next, I can count on my orders arriving quickly- I like the ability to order 2 different sizes of microchips (prefer the smaller one for my small dogs) They send beautiful enrollment forms for the owners to register their dog for lifetime enrollment. Makes it so easy to explain to my new owners. They are the best in my opinion- a company I can count on!!!

Fast and easy to use. I have been in a new place for quite some time now and wanted to update all my contact information so that my dog would be safe if he got lost. My vet scanned his microchip and then recommended PetKey to help. I was able to do everything online with a customer friendly format! Thank you!
