My daughter ‘s dog was taken in Phoenix, Arizona the night she passed away. Having the dog chipped does not prove ownership. I must now take this woman to court to get the dog back. A big long ordeal. Police say it is a civil matter even though I can prove we have had her since she was a pup. So sad this girl will not return the dog. Very sad the chip does not prove ownership. This company cannot help in any way either.

Easy to register and we like our lighted collar. Bella is a black and brown dog so it is easier to see her in the dark without stepping or tripping over her.

Your representative was very professional and took care of me right away. It put my mind at ease knowing my pet was protected if she ever gets lost.
