Great service

I Oder dogs I never got and money was never returned to me the customer service is bad the person I spoke with was very rude

It was easy to sign up and a reasonable price for a lifetime membership. Won't know if it works until I ever have to use the service which I hope I never have to.

I have 2 other dogs that were microchipped and it did not cost anything to register them. I was shocked that there was a charge to do this as the whole point of microchipping is being able to find the owner.

I was told I had a $10 redemption if I ordered then and was to put in the code. When I placed the order there was no place to put in code and it went straight to check out. To me this was deception and false info on the website.

The most decent company on its area.

I liked the uncomplicated registration and the ability to make a very detailed file on your pet.

No interaction yet so……. I guess chip registration went ok.
