PetlibroReviews of petlibro.com

Pet LIBRO changed my water fountain order from white to black! I didn't pay attention when I checked out and was white. I sent an email asking if they could change it to black and they did! Thank you Pet Libro!!

Vince offered great support and super friendly throughout. Thank you for your help!

I had a recent issue with a subscription (my fault). I talked via email to Vincy in customer support. With no further exchanges he solved my issue. Great service you rarely see from most companies these days. Thanks to the team there. You’re doing great work to go along with your great product!

Every time I reach out to Petlibro which has been more than a couple of times, this company always resolves my questions, concerns, and issues.

I had a good experience ordering replacement parts. The customer service team was responsive and helpful in getting me what I needed.

Great products! We have 3 devices now and all have assimilated into our home so well. The app we use with the wet feeder is engaging and informative. The support is easy to access and turnaround time is quick. My recent experience with Vincy was indicative of this. He walked me through workarounds with a great deal of patience and afforded me a great resolution!
