Making reservations was easy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our dog was happy when we picked him up. We feel like Trooper is safe and well cared for while he is at Pet Paradise.

Pet paradise in Gainesville always takes excellent care of my dog. She has been in their care often during the last 10 yes or so and I have never had one moment of worry.

Pet Paradise is top notch. My dogs are always happy and come home healthy. They are very accommodating in terms of placement for my pets as I have one older dog that doesn't like a lot of noise so they are helpful in not sticking them in the middle of the pack in the kennel. I like the report card they send home explaining my dog's stay and how much fun they had.
