My dog love the places and I do too.

The experience is not consistent across the various locations. Some follow feeding instructions perfectly, some do not.

The “no checks” policy was stopped once this new company bought Pampered Pets. I could understand if this was located at an airport or someplace where only “strangers” used the facility. But don’t understand it in a friendly community where there are repeat customers.

Customer service and care were great. We have always had a sitter stay in our home. We boarded our 2 dogs twice in a the past month. They are vaccinated for kennel cough but brought something home on their fur and all 5 of my cats contracted a virus. Runny nose, sneezing, coughing, lack of appetite etc. Our way dogs had small coughs as well. Our cats are 10 yrs old and have never been sick. Not sure that we will board again or if there is anything that could’ve been done to prevent contagion.

My only issue is small but when I would pick my dog up in the afternoon I never had a report from the morning play so I never knew what he did in the morning.

I have sent both my older very shy cat and my rambunctious older dog to Pet Paradise. They were very accommodating and understanding to my requests. The pets have plenty of room each. Also my biggest concern is that they have enough water. At Pet Paradise they always have water for the cats and dogs have continuous water supply. Pet Paradise is very clean and they entertain the animals exceptionally well !! The people at Pet Paradise are very friendly and seem to truly love animals and their job! I have used other facilities for my pets and this is truly the best !!!
