Very easy to make an appointment

Cut my dogs hair way to short - I asked to cut it shorter not to shave her !! Not happy with that at all

All of the staff are friendly. I feel like they actually enjoy working with animals, unlike some other places I've been to in the same area. I never feel rushed when dropping off or picking up. The reception area is large, bright, and inviting. Always clean. Highly recommended.

I have never had anything but great experiences when I left my dog with Pet Paradse, both for overnight and for daycare. I have used the St. Augustine and the Holly Hill (Ormond/Daytona) locations and both have always taken excellent care of her. She runs into the facilities.

Our puppy loved his time at your St. Augustine facility when he went for dog daycare in January.
