The management and staff go way above and beyond. They care about my pets as much as I do.

My dog is very "picky" and he has been treated extremely well at Pet Paradise. Instructions are always clarified at check-in and the virtual camera is a wonderful element to see how your pet is doing while boarded.

My dogs seem excited when we drive up and when I look on monitors while they are there they are happy and interacting with the workers and other dogs

I feel at ease with sending my dog to Pet Paradise. He loves going and gets so excited when we get near.

Lovely resort and great people! I do wish that they would do a free bath at the day of a long stay though. We have our dog Maggie stay for 2 weeks at Christmas which is very expensive and a premium because it is the holidays, a free bath I feel is not much to ask Pet Paradise? Your thoughts? It would be a nice thank you to regulars.
