Communication with this company was not the best.
Our experience with this company was not positive. Although we had stated our desire to work with them, we never got an official contract or quote for the service that we were asking for (which was help with pet relocation paperwork). Despite our attempts to communicate the ongoing issues, we were never formally seen as "clients", so our attempts to communicate were futile and seen as unimportant. We had always intended to work with this company, but I just thought that they might've sent an invoice after the completion of services, since nothing was ever mentioned, however, I guess that was not the case. We had many issues with communication, and therefore have decided not to proceed. My recommendation is that you ask all the necessary questions about pet relocation before you get involved, as it is a lengthy process and might not get you the results you desire, as it was in our case.

No Client Relationship – Review Based on Enquiry Only We appreciate that you have updated your review to remove some of the earlier inaccuracies and false statements. However, the revised version remains inaccurate and misleading. You were provided with two written quotations in July 2025—for our Chaperone and Cargo Services—which covered all paperwork, permits, and logistics. You declined both, confirming that you would manage the process independently. It is therefore incorrect to claim that no quote was issued or that communication was ignored. PRI responded to all enquiries accurately and within a reasonable timeframe. At no point did you request a standalone documentation service, and at no time did we offer or agree to provide one. Because you never engaged our professional services, there was no instruction, no contract, and no obligation for PRI to act on your behalf. We did, as a courtesy, offer limited assistance with flight bookings. Notably, that offer was made in July, and we then heard nothing further from you for three months. An expression of intent or desire to “work with” PRI does not constitute an agreement and places no obligation or responsibility on our company. By your own admission, you were never a client. PRI cannot be held responsible for a process you chose to manage privately. We go above and beyond to help pet owners, particularly when they encounter difficulties or unexpected challenges. However, your extended lack of communication, failure to provide any updates, and failure to let us know you were struggling to manage the process independently is unfortunate and reinforced our understanding that you neither wanted nor required our services. Rather than accepting personal accountability and reaching out to PRI for assistance, you chose instead to vent your frustrations publicly, which is both unfair and damaging.
