Lake square Mall PetSmart The ladies that work in the grooming Dept are very nice however the posted hours can not count on. 3 times now have gone in to find they are not open during their posted hours. Second time now that I have gone in to have nails done and the person the time before forgot to note I brought in updated shot records. I have had a total of 5 wasted trips through no fault of my own. I have to say the one thing I do not have enough of is time so I have a real issue with these kinds of things especially when it becomes a pattern. Multiple times for same mistake that costs me time and money. This is PetSmart in Leesburg Florida

I was at Petsmart with my husband & son we came in to buy food for our Bearded Dragon that my husband rescued. We had been in a few times & purchased a fish tank for our goldfish that was won at a fair, a reptile tank, & food for our new pet. At this time we wanted to buy a .32 cent goldfish for our friend at home & my son wanted to buy a couple for his girlfriend for their tank & was refused by 2 employees & a manager because I didnt have a 30 gallon tank. I am well aware that goldfish get big & need bigger space as they grow, however, at this time I only wanted a small .32 cent goldfish for my 3 gallon tank. I was informed by the person who said she was the manager that it was Petsmarts policy that they have to sell them as pets & I had to have a 30 gallon tank to keep them in. Now if you have seen the fish tanks at Petsmart then you know they have about a 30 gallon tank with hundreds of goldfish. Funny thing is in their 30 gallon tank my son & I counted about 10 of them floating meaning they were dead. Now I ask you how is that treating their goldfish like pets?

I like pet smart but they could have better sale's give people that want to get a dog might be able to if it was not so much money and people may stop breeding if they didn't get so much gor these animals Yes do a back round check make sure they go to a goid home but stop selling animals for do much!

I hate to say this....but Petsmart in Peoria on 91st just tried to Steal my money by putting a Household Cleaner in my Bag I did NOT Buy NOR wanted!! I didn't check my bag bc hello...didn't think they're selling me something I didn't want? Then i had to Travel back down to the store to get my money back!! And they said they emailed my Receipt!!? BullCrap! They Did NOT! and another Way Clever Roose to steel $20 I did NOt Intend to Pay!! What a Bunch of Jerks~!

I SAW A DOG FALL OF A GROOMING TABLE WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY DOG HE WAS GETTING A NAIL TRIM AND THATS WHAT HE GOT AND I WAS TOLD MY DOG HAD LONG QUICK AND HE COULD NOT CUT HIS NAILS ANY SHORTER HE SAID BRING HIM BACK IN 3 WEEKS. NEVER BEEN TOLD THIS BEFORE AND HE NEVER TRIMMED HIS DUE CLAWS BUT WAS ASKED TO CUT THEM.NO VETS OR OTHER GROOMERS HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT HUNTERS QUICKS IN 8 YEARS

I took my 4 month old puppy to the Petsmart grooming salon over at Easton. He had Brooklyn Hay as his groomer. She is a 10/10 with him. She was amazing and now my puppy looks forward to going back each time! I will continue to ask for her every time I go in! Thank you Brooklyn!

I am a tropical aquarist, and fish are my life! I buy nearly all of my supplies from PetSmart, and I love it. The selection is great, and the fish are beautiful. However, the woman working at the fish wall told me she was giving me 2 male mollies. However, one turned out to be a girl and now I have 2 babies! Luckily, I can take 2 babies in right now, but this could have been really bad.

Took my dog to pet smart to be groomed the groomer told me to come back in 2 hrs so I wandered around the mall for 2 hrs wondering why she did not want me to sit there and wait as she groomed him I returned to pick up my dog and he was scalped his skin was red hot and he was shaking . I was shocked but the front desk lady said to pay the bill and I did - I thought it was temporary redness and would go away ....WRONG . The dog started to bleed under his skin and I had to rush him to the vet - who was the top MD at columbia U and he said the dog was scalped by the groomer and he had to be treated with chemo to stop the under the skin hemmoraging . My dog died a month later in pain and it was a horrible death also , PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PETSMART THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET ONLY MONEY.
