This is a great product, exactly what I expected. The only thing I was surprised by was the delivery time. It took about a week and a half longer than expected.

I ordered two dog beds and did not get them for almost 3 weeks. No communication what so ever from Pet Swag unless I asked for it. No one answers the customer service phone line..will only take a message during business hours (which I did) to no return phone call...ever. I left 3 messages. I did get a very helpful and nice girl to email me back quite a bit named Andrea. If not for her, I would have cancelled my order.

The delivery was here the next day product was great!! Very happy with your company!!

Had issues ordering on line . Called customer service. So friendly , took order on phone Shipped same day Love this place !!!!!

My bed was wonderful. It took WAY to long to ship.
