Great product well priced arrived on time

My first order never shipped but after ten days and a email to them, they sent me a tracking number and said it was delivered. I never received my item. After attempts to call with no call backs, I sent emails with a response back once with a we will look into it. I called fedex and found that the address they delivered to was not even near me. After I pointed this out, they finally acknowledged there mess up and resent the package. I asked them to make sure the address is correct to my shipping adress listed...no response. Next package delivered once again to the wrong adress. Package shown leaning against a garage door...which I don't have a garage. Luckily it was my neighbors house and the label had his address on it. The product is nothing like I saw in the pictures listed. It is a very cheap knock off of what they show. TOTAL SCAM. not to mention my order was suppose to come with a bonus mystery gift of 49 dollar value, did not get that as well. Do not order from them. The communication is awful along with there shipping department that can't read apparently. Not to mention the package came from a home address in California.

I ordered a extra large and received a large.When I called I was told that I would be sent the correct size.Never received it and tried calling and email with no response!

It doesn't fill the gap.

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY! I will be writing as many complaints on as many platforms as possible. They advertised premium-branded merchandise, but than ship you GARBAGE from Amazon. You have been warned.

The order was never received. The FedEx delivery picture was not my house. I sent detailed emails with no response. I left a voicemail with no response. I have now files a dispute thru PayPal for a full refund.

The company will not respond when you have an issue with the product that you purchased
